Henry was extremely responsive and kept me informed throughout his investigation, ultimately determining that an on-site visit would be necessary. Today, Rafael and Adonai from Sunlight Solar’s technical team came to my home for the service call. They were both friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. They quickly identified and corrected an installation issue, then thoroughly retested the system. To ensure everything was functioning correctly, they also coordinated directly with Enphase, and an Enphase technician confirmed that the system is now operating as it should.
